Privacy policy

The data you record (patients, owners, clinical records, edited formulas, settings) stays on your device and in your account, on a server in the European Union (AWS, Frankfurt), so you don't lose it and can use it on all your devices. We don't sell data, we don't use advertising and we don't send patient data to third parties.

To sign in we use Apple or Google, which give us an account identifier and, if you allow it, your e-mail and name. Subscriptions are processed by your device's store and by RevenueCat, which only tells us whether the subscription is active.

You can export everything in Settings → My data and delete your account in Settings → Delete my account, which erases your data from the server and from this device.

The controller of your personal data is Rodolfo Custodio. For any question or request about your data (access, correction, deletion, portability or objection), write to suporte@truevet.com.br. You can also lodge a complaint with your country's data protection authority.
